The Canary Islands register 4 deaths and 126 new positives

The Ministry of Health of the Government of the Canary Islands This Tuesday has reported 4 deaths and 126 new positives for Covid-19 in the Islands. The number of discharges in the Archipelago amounts to 330 in the last 24 hours.

The number of active cases has dropped today to 6,341, 208 less than yesterday, while the number of accumulated cases is 16,070

cases since the beginning of the pandemic.

In Canarian hospitals There are currently 227 admitted, three less than yesterday Monday. Likewise, in the ICU there are 49 patients with Covid-19, three less than the day before.

By Islands, Gran Canaria accumulates 67 of the new positives, followed by Tenerife with 51 new cases, Lanzarote with six and Fuerteventura with two. La Gomera, El Hierro, La Palma and La Graciosa have not added new cases.
