Yesterday a new boat from the Latin Canary Sailing School was presented, with a new image and with the name of Canary Islands, thanks to funding from the General Directorate of sports of the Government of the Canary Islands. Its head, Manolo López, was present at the presentation ceremony. The authorities support the support of the Escuela de Vela Latina Canaria to maintain the different programs that support its activity throughout the year.
The island school will soon become a reality, which will allow all the municipalities of Gran Canaria to visit the Sports Pier to learn about the vernacular sport.
