The Benettons sell to GIC a 20% holding company of 29.9% of Cellnex

Edizione, a Benetton family company, has reached an agreement with the sovereign fund of Singapore GIC (Government of Singapore Investment Corporation) to sell you 20% of Connect, the entity through which it controls 29.9% of Cellnex's capital, the company reported today.
On October 4, Edizione sold a first package of 20% of Connect to an entity belonging to the Investment Authority of Abu Dhabi (Adia).
In this way, the capital of Connect will be distributed among Sintonia, a subsidiary of Edizione, with 60%; Infinity, a company owned by Adia, with 20%; and Raffles Infra Holdings, belonging to GIC, with another 20%.
The agreement signed now, which includes both GIC and Adia, replaces the one signed on October 4.
