The average price of housing increased by 5.5% in Spain in 2018, reaching 1,613 euros per square meter, according to a report by the Appraisal Society (ST).
By provinces, the largest increases occurred last year in the Balearic Islands (10.7%), Madrid (9%) and Barcelona (8.9%) and the lowest in Salamanca (0.3%) and Teruel (0.4%). %).
The highest average price at the end of 2018 was Barcelona (2,607 euros per square meter), followed by Guipúzcoa (2,429), and the lowest were those of Badajoz (860) and Ciudad Real (875).
