Canarias will launch the program this yearSoft Landing Africa, an initiative that aims to promote itself as a base from which North American companies can explore their possibilities in the African market.
The initiative will offer a group of companies a workspace, for a maximum period of one year, to analyze the opportunities offered by the neighboring continent and the possibility of entering it through the Islands.
This is one of the measures included in the promotion plan that will be developed by the nine delegates of theGovernment of the Canary Islandsabroad, who yesterday held a coordination meeting with theMinister of Economy, Industry, Commerce and Knowledge,Pedro Ortega.
Among the next actions to be developed in Africa is the business mission that will take entrepreneurs from theindustrial sector to Senegal. The objective is to open new marketing markets for Canarian products.
By April, we are working on the organization of a direct mission of Canarian companies of theTransport and Logistics sector in Casablanca, coinciding with the celebration ofInternational Logistics and Transport Exhibition. That same month, Moroccan companies will come to know the benefits provided by the Islands.
