Apple does not want to call its stores as such, so the Apple Store of Sol is now simply called Apple Sol. This morning a handful of customers were waiting for the opening of the new space, which despite the reforms did not close its doors. Hundreds as in the big releases have been received with applause by the employees.
The company has highlighted that there are now 230 Apple Sol workers, almost double the 125 that started when the store opened in 2014. In the route we have made through the new facilities we have seen how the most significant changes have occurred on top.
In which space has been gained to serve customers and conduct training sessions. But probably the most striking stay is the conversion of a historic room, belonging to the old building of the fifteenth century in which the store sits, in a meeting space with professional customers.
In the center of the ground floor a forum crowned by a large screen has been enabled, in which some of the training activities of the company are carried out. These, by the way, leave the stores in Madrid and several of them will also be held in CaixaForum from November 15 to December 7.
The store also opens a new logo, the famous apple has been reinterpreted by the designer Álex López, known as Muokka. To reinterpret the logo the designer has been inspired by the costumes of chulapas and ghulapos in Madrid. The new offer of training sessions and the Today at Apple workshops are available on the store's website.
