The ACB has allied with Moovit, pioneering company in solutions of 'MaaS' (Mobility as a Service) 'and the' App 'world leader of transport public that has more than 350 million users and is available in more than 2,700 cities in 88 countries. The main objective of this agreement is to promote among the fans the displacements in public transport allowing the real-time planning of routes combining all the options available in Madrid (EMT, Metro, Cercanías, Interurbanos, BiciMad, etc.), thus promoting sustainable mobility.
Through this collaboration, Moovit will highlight the matches of the Endesa League and the best route on how to get to the pavilions in which they are competing. This will facilitate the movement of followers to meetings, and will notify the most important events and the extensions and possible changes of routes in certain meetings and schedules.
Moovit has more than 350 million users around the world and has real-time information on the entire public transport network in all cities and provinces with Endesa League equipment.
Now it will be easier to move around the points of interest in the Copa del Rey
The collaboration between the ACB and Moovit will begin in the imminent Copa del Rey in Madrid (February 14 to 17). In the face of the event, the Moovit App will offer points of interest and facilitate public transport routes to the main stages of the tournament, such as the WiZink Center, the Fan Zone Movistar of Felipe II and Barrio de las Letras, and the Polideportivo Magariños where the Minicopa Endesa is disputed.
Also, the ACB has activated on its official website a transport planner to the different points of the Copa del Rey.
