The Minister of Finance, María Jesús Montero, said today that the draft of the General State Budgets for 2019 is ready, waiting for the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, to decide on which Council of Ministers in January will be approved.

He explained that the budget should be closed regardless of whether the macroeconomic picture can be modified later according to the evolution of some external factors, such as the price of oil or the policy of the European Central Bank (ECB).
