Technology that helps companies: financial aggregators – The Province

95% of Spanish SMEsthey invoice less than two million eurosand 90% have less than 10 employees. However, most of them use more than two hours a day to combine all their financial data and make decisions. How does technology help reduce times?

For Luis Simões, Enterprise Clients Spain LoB Head of BBVA, "small and medium-sized companies havelittle technological sophistication, they belong to the services sector 80% and yet 96% of their transactions are made through digital channels. "A situation that has proliferated the development of mobile apps and web solutions precisely to make life easier for entrepreneurs of our country.

One of these formulas are financial aggregators, a consequence of the entire process of transformation of the business fabric and, above all, of the vocation of the service that banks begin to consider essential for their customers. In this sense, BBVA launched BBVA One View in April and, after a pilot test of five months in which 300 companies have participated, it is launched on a massive scale. This new service allows companieshave a global vision of your treasury, that can receive alerts, access personalized reports and choose the best way to make their payments, which results in a considerable saving of daily time on that daily average of two hours for this type of management.

For the aggregation in the app are availablefrom now 80 financial entities.Clients can add different accounts of their different banks and classify the movements adapting them to their company. They can also define objectives for each category and expenses, see the evolution and compare it with other months.

In addition, companies can configure alerts and push messages to warn them of possible unforeseen events: for example, an overdraft. In this case, can they access a possible guarantee or self-transfer from one account to another, from one bank to another? behind every action is always the security and immediacy that entrepreneurs require.

One of the best valued features is an intelligent engine that suggests the best payment method taking into account the origin, amount, term of payment or destination. For Óscar Vélez, Director of Strategy and Transformation BEC at BBVA, "One View has been a co-creation process with clients andevery time a functionality is created, it is tested with them"
