‘Stranger Things’ has resumed production for its fourth season. Since its premiere in 2016, the series has successfully combined the nostalgia, adventure and horror of the 80s, thanks in large part to the relationship between the powers of Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) Y the world upside down. The character accidentally opened a door to this alternate dimension, which will reappear in new chapters.
The official Twitter account of the series has published an image confirming that they have resumed production. In the photo of the set you can see a clapperboard in front of what appears to be a clock in a dimly lit room. “Meanwhile, in the Upside Down World”, can be read alongside the snapshot.
This is not the first clue that Netflix leave on social networks. In September 2019, he posted a tweet with two significant emoticons: a clock and an upside-down smiley face. In addition to this, the series’ Instagram and Twitter accounts changed their profile photos and biographies. Both profiles showed the image of a clock a few seconds after 12 o’clock, in addition to the emojis mentioned above. The association between a watch and the Upside Down World seems to indicate that there will be temporary jumps.
Little details are known about the fourth season. Yes it has been revealed that there will be at least four new characters, but still unknown their identities. At the moment the new chapters do not have a release date, although they are expected to be released in late 2021 or early 2022.
