Sonia Vivas' judicial ordeal comes to an end

"My stalkers have persecuted me to the end ... Multiple complaints and use of justice to destroy me." The former local police and current councilor for Social Justice, Feminism and LGTBI of the Palma City Council, Sonia Vivas, condensed today with these words the judicial 'via crucis' to which, over the last few years, she has been subjected by part of those who, even further back in time, humiliated and harassed her for being a lesbian. The supreme court confirmed in January the prison sentences against the two policemen that they turned their homophobic attitude into the usual tactic of addressing her and, this Monday, a Palma Court has notified the file of the last of the complaints that both filed against the mayor after being sentenced to prison.
