Several Twitter accounts of La Sexta, including the general one of the chain itself and that of its news department, have suffered throughout this Tuesday an attack by ‘hackers’, who have published obscene and political messages with mentions of Vox. In fact, the chain’s account has appeared with a message that could be read “Long live Spain, long live the King, long live order and law!”. Minutes later, with the messages already removed, the chain announced an investigation. “So much reporting on hackers … It had to be our turn. In @lasextatv we have suffered an attack on our social media accounts, but it has already been solved. The investigation and the complaint are underway,” underlines the ‘tweet’.
