With this establishment, which is integrated into the group under an operating regime, Sercotel adds three hotels in the Canary Islands: the three-star Sercotel Príncipe Paz Hotel, located in Tenerife, and another project under construction, also in Las Palmas, four star and located
on the seafront on Las Canteras beach, which is expected to finish the works at the end of this year. Currently, Sercotel has 182 rooms on the Islands and will reach 305 when the works on the third hotel are completed.

During the opening ceremony, held today at the hotel, José Rodríguez Pousa, CEO of the Sercotel Hotel Group, explained the hotel company's commitment to the Canary Islands as a strategic destination in its expansion plan: "With the opening of this establishment we land in a region like Gran Canaria, where we did not yet have a presence and, at the same time, allows us to add a new destination to our hotel portfolio.
