Inspired by some natural products of Canarian gastronomy, the chef has proposed to elaborate the five recipes based on seasonal fish with citrus, vegetable salad with slices of ham, Cured cheese and herb vinaigrette, instant seafood consomm with vegetables and prawns, mushroom and veal risotto with blue cheese, almonds and sautéed vegetables.
