The first will be the Vice President of Social Rights and 2030 Agenda, Pablo Iglesias, the Minister of Consumer Affairs, Alberto Garzón and the new head of Health, Salvador Illa, who will receive their portfolios at 12.00 at the headquarters of the Ministry of Health. At the same time, Juan Carlos Campo will take over as head of Justice in the Ministry of Justice.

About 12.30 pm, the Minister of Labor and Social Economy, Yolanda Díaz, and the Minister of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration, José Luis Escrivá, will enter their new positions in the Ministry of Labor and Social Economy.

Also at that time Carolina Darias will assume her responsibilities as Minister of Territorial Policy and Public Function with her predecessor, Luis Planas, who was responsible for the functions of the powers in this department after the appointment of Meritxell Batet as president of the Congress.

Half an hour later, at 1:00 p.m., Margarita Robles, who will continue in charge of Defense, will formally hand over the portfolio of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation to her successor in this position, Arancha González Laya. Finally, at 16.30, the Minister of Development, José Luis Ábalos, will present to the media the new Ministry of Transportation, Mobility and Urban Agenda.
