Thus, the figure initially proposed by the entity has been lowered from 1,936 layoffs to 1,380, conditional on the voluntary departure of all employees. Finally, the workers' representatives have managed to reduce those affected by the ERE by about 550 people shortly after the end of the negotiation period, which ended this Friday.

For CCOO, a "very satisfactory agreement has been reached, with innovative topics in the sector such as maintaining financial conditions for all the people who join, regardless of age and exit groups".

Conditions have also improved for workers. In this way, employees 55 years of age or older who have at least 10 years of seniority will be able to access early retirement. 65% of the annual salary will be maintained with a ceiling of up to 280,000 euros for employees between 58 and 62 years old and a ceiling of 300,000 euros for the group between 55 and 57 years old. There is a preferential quota of 100 early retirement for workers from Alicante and Murcia.

With regard to incentivized leave, they will be compensated with 40 days per year worked with a maximum of 30 monthly payments and a premium of 2,000 euros for every 3 years of seniority, which will be increased according to seniority.

In addition, 75 people have been included on voluntary leave of absence for three years with 25% of salary and a commitment to readmission within a maximum of 25 kilometers from the previous place of work. On the other hand, quotas by functions are eliminated and imbalances will be covered with functional mobility and forced geographical mobility is limited to 50 people, as long as vacancies are not filled voluntarily.
