Reyes Maroto asks to move from the tension to "social, inter-territorial and intergenerational dialogue"

He has said it in the delivery of the prize to the Company of the Year, organized by El Periódico Catalunya, which was also attended by the president of the Parliament, Roger Torrent; the vice president of the Generalitat, Pere Aragonès, and the Minister of Enterprise and Knowledge of the Generalitat, Àngels Chacón, as well as the president of the Iberian Press, Javier Moll, and the director of El Periódico, Anna Cristeto.

Maroto has appealed to the territorial understanding in the constitutional framework, has defended a Spain "united in diversity", and has affirmed that the Government will improve the mechanisms of collaboration between autonomous communities, since cooperation requires dialogue on issues such as tourism and the automotive sector, which has also mentioned the Minister Chacon in his speech.

He stressed that the objective of the Government is to rebuild broken consensus in labor and pension matters, and that "certainty and security for companies are needed" in order to make investors, so it has called for collaboration between the forces political and economic and social agents.

COMMITMENT TO COMPANIES

"Count on the Government's commitment to structural transformations" which, in its opinion, needs Spain, and has insisted that the Government has the business world and wishes that it also has them.

Maroto stressed that Spain needs political and institutional stability and that they are priorities that will be included in the General State Budget (PGE), and has added that Catalonia "has always been the protagonist of progress in Spain" and an industrial and economic engine.

The minister has urged to give "a unanimous and forceful response to those who think that societies are built by building walls" and has demanded that everything that confronts and divides society be dispensed with, and that the general interest be worked on.
