Restored train traffic between Málaga and Córdoba after the floods



The Iberian gauge train traffic between Malaga and Cordoba has been restored today once the damage caused by the floods of October 21, when the service was interrupted, as reported by ADIF on its website.

At this time, traffic is interrupted on the Almargen-Bobadilla (Bobadilla-Ronda line) and Osuna-Pedrera (Seville-Antequera Santa Ana line) routes.

Adif technicians are working to restore rail traffic in the cut sections and an alternative road transport plan has been established for the affected routes, ADIF recalls.

In addition, and due to the construction of the Antequera-Granada high-speed line, transshipments have been established by road between Granada and Antequera-Santa Ana for medium-long distance Madrid-Granada, Seville-Almería and Granada- Algeciras
