Rescue a giant turtle in distress in Canary waters – The Province

Heroicity in the Canarian sea. A group of youngsters, who passed with their water bikes on the spot, staged a feat on the coast of Tenerife, at the Height of Las Caletillas, in the municipality of Candelaria.

A giant turtle was caught between the nets of the buoys. The lifeguards when seeing the chelonian did not hesitate to come to their aid and released the animal.
