Carrefour has informed the Spanish Agency of Medicines and Health Products (AEMPS), dependent on the Ministry of Health, the voluntary withdrawal of three lots of Carrefour Baby Sensitive wipes 72 units, by the presence of a bacterium, the Burkholderia contaminans.
According to the company's information, this bacterium has low infectious potential in healthy people, although it may present a potential risk of infection for people with damaged skin or with weakened immune systems.
