Real Sociedad draw against PSV in Eindhoven

Real Sociedad achieved a hard-fought draw on their visit to PSV Eindhoven in the Europa League after a first half full of mistakes, but also opportunities. The Basque team went from less to more and ended up turning the good start of the Dutch, led by the quality of Mario Gotze (2-2).
The German was the first to warn with a center-kick, a prelude to a shot by Madueke -the best of the locals- and finally kissed the nets within half an hour after taking advantage of a rejection in the heart of the small area. The goal spurred on a Real that had crashed -minutes before- a ball on the crossbar through Januzaj.
Those of Imanol Alguacil grew despite the disadvantage and they turned the scoreboard in just five minutes, from 34 to 39, in two plays with Joseba Zaldua leading the way. The right-back gave on a tray -first to Januzaj- and then to Isak to place the 1-2 and unbalance the good start of the premises.
However, Roger Schmidt's team woke up after the break and soon made it 2-2 after a great play by Gotze that Gakpo finished at the first touch. It was then when the party got into a dark phase, with more power from PSV, but without changes on the scoreboard. It was not until the time of addition when the luck of both could be modified.
Jordan Teze hit the post in the 92nd and Real was out of breath, but a minute later they had the victory in boots. Mikel Oyarzabal, who wasted a very clear hand in hand. It was not the day of the Eibar. However, the donostiarras endured a more than positive draw for their debut in a difficult stadium and against a committed rival.
