Miami, November 30 (EFEUSA) .- The American rapper Lil Wayne acquired a mansion in Miami Beach of more than one thousand square meters for 16.75 million dollars, according to a local specialized media today.
The modern mansion, facing a canal with seven rooms and nine bathrooms, was built in 2017 on Allison Island, according to the South Florida Business Journal.
The house, whose sale has been in charge of a firm led by Miami real estate developer Laurent Harari, also has its own theater with red oak floors, a large room almost seven meters high, elevator and a kitchen with cabinets Italians to measure.
The purchase of the house occurs after the singer, whose real name is Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr., sold at loss in June 2017 a mansion in La Gorce Island, also in Miami Beach, for 10 million dollars.
The house had acquired it in 2011 and put it on sale for 18 million dollars in 2015.
The rapper published his twelfth studio album "Tha Carter V" at the end of September, and this week he premiered the single "Good Form" with Nicki Minaj.
