Rafa Nadal sells a 10 millionth apartment to the Inditex heir
The Mallorcan tennis player Rafael Nadal, partner with Abel Matutes of the real estate company Mabel Capital, has sold to Marta Ortega, heir to textile empire Inditex, one of the floors up ten million euros they have in the Villa de Paris square, in Madrid, as reported by various economic publications.

Mabel Real Estate is one of the subsidiaries of Mabel Capital, "an investment company owned by Rafa Nadal, the Ibizan businessman Abel Matutes Prats (President of Hotel Palladium Group and son of Abel Matutes) Y Manuel Campos Guallar, who serves as CEO of the company. The tennis player's father sits on the board of directors, Sebastian Nadal.
