The Spanish tennis player Rafa Nadal has offered the facilities of its sports center in Manacor for "all those who need accommodation" after the floods in Mallorca.
"As we did yesterday, Today we offer the rooms of the Rafa Nadal Sport Center and the Rafa Nadal Academy for all those affected that they need lodging ", has communicated the player in his social networks.
Nadal, who lives in Porto Cristo, eleven kilometers from Sant Llorenç, wanted to show his condolences to those affected by the floods, which have left five dead and, for the moment, nine people missing.
"Today is a sad day, our deepest condolences to the families of those who died due to the severe floods in Sant Llorenç," he said.
The sports center of Nadal last night housed about fifty people, who came after the attempted rains and the overflow of the town of Sant Llorenç torrent. Some have returned to their homes today to assess the damage caused, but the doors of the center are still open for those who need it.
