Quentin Tarantino marries model Daniella Pick
The American filmmaker Quentin Tarantino and the Israeli artist and model Daniella Pick were married today in the United States, according to the digital edition of People magazine.
The couple met in 2009 during the promotional campaign of "Inglorious Bastards" and was promised in June 2017, a year after starting their relationship.
Tarantino, 55, and Pick, 35, got married in an intimate ceremony organized in Los Angeles (California) and celebrated a big event after which numerous artists from the industry were invited.
It is the first marriage for the filmmaker - who chose a dark suit for the occasion - and who has just finished filming "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood", a film starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, Margot Robbie, Al Pacino , Kurt Russell and Dakota Fanning, among others.
"It's a story that takes place in Los Angeles in 1969, at the height of Hollywood hippie, the two protagonists are Rick Dalton (DiCaprio), a former TV star, and his action double Cliff Booth (Pitt). They have problems to succeed in a Hollywood that they no longer recognize, but Rich has a very famous neighbor ... Sharon Tate, "Tarantino announced in March.
Tate, the wife of director Roman Polanski, was one of nine people killed by Charles Manson and the "La Familia" sect, whose crimes shocked society and symbolically marked a turning point in the 1960s counterculture.
