Long-term visa holders issued by a Member State or the Schengen area, cross-border workers, healthcare or elderly care professionals, personnel dedicated to the transport of goods in the exercise may also cross the border, as an exception to the general rule. of your activity and flight personnel.
Also left out of the prohibition are diplomatic personnel, people in transit for imperative family reasons “duly accredited” and persons who document documentary “reasons of force majeure or situation of need” or humanitarian reasons.
