Property, mercantile and personal property records remain operational

The registers of property, mercantile and movable property, considered a public service of general interest, remain operational and have been technologically adapted to prevent displacement and maintain the continuity of the activity.

Thus, the attention to users will be carried out exclusively by email or telephone between 9:00 and 14:00 from Monday to Friday.

As reported by the College of Registrars, interested parties may submit documentation by post or courier or physically, "although for the good of all, electronic filing is recommended."

During the validity of the state of alarm, the issuance of simple notes may be requested through the web and, exceptionally, by email; and the expiration of all the registry entries whose validity is subject to a term, such as, for example, a preventive entry, is suspended.
