Private health and education deduct VAT despite being exempt

Two recent resolutions of the National High Court and the Central Administrative Economic Court (TEAC) have validated a fiscal engineering maneuver used by health and private education operators to avoid even the 'bad' part of being exempt from VAT: resorting to commercial companies and foundations to indirectly deduct that tax that they do not bear.
