Poli Díaz arrested in Gran Canaria when he went to renew his DNI
The National Police He has arrested this morning the ex-boxer from Madrid Poli Díaz when he has a search warrant for a crime of injuries.
The arrest took place around eleven thirty in the morning at the South District police station in the capital of Gran Canaria, where he had gone to renew the DNI.
Díaz had a search warrant by the Criminal Court number 30 of Madrid for a crime of injuries, according to the sources consulted. Tomorrow morning it will go to court.
It is not the first time that the former athlete, known in the world of the ring as the Vallecas foal, is arrested by the police. In 2013 he was arrested for his alleged participation in the stabbing of a man in the Cañada Real de Madrid, one of the largest drug supermarkets in the country. The victim was stabbed with a screwdriver in the back.
