Pau Gasol, two-time Spanish NBA champion pivot, is in Murcia to be treated for his injury by Dr. Mariano De Prado at the Ripoll and De Prado Sport Clinic, Medical Center of Excellence FIFA since 2013.
The Sant Boi player announced last week the termination of his contract with the Portland Trail Blazers to continue the recovery process of a serious injury that was already operated last May, a fracture due to navicular stress in the left foot.
Although the initial recovery period was about six months, the poor evolution of the ailment has led to the Catalan player having decided to leave the Blazers squad to focus exclusively on their rehabilitation.
