The company headed by Laurent Paillassot has appointed Stéphane Varret as CFO and member of the executive committee of the French group’s subsidiary in our country.

The vacancy left by Martinez, who until now continued to perform the duties of financial director on a provisional basis until a substitute has been found, will be taken over by Varret, who began her career at the KPMG audit firm and joined Orange in 1998 , then still France Télécom. After holding different positions in management control and business development in different entities of the group in Paris, in 2008 he began an international career within the teleco in his division of the Middle East and Africa (OMEA), exercising different responsibilities in markets such as Senegal, Jordan, Ivory Coast, Liberia and Burkina Faso.
