The opening day of Santander WomenNOW will feature the inauguration of the Mayor of Madrid, José Luis Martínez-Almeida, and the participation of Teresa Ribera, Third Vice President of the Government and Minister for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge. In addition, one of the great protagonists of the congress will be the first lady of Ukraine, Olena Zelenska, in a live speech.

Under the title 'Leadership in uncertain times', the congress will include the participation, among others, of Pau Gasol, former professional basketball player and president of the Gasol Foundation; Fawzia Koofi, former Vice President of the National Assembly of Afghanistan; the prestigious economist Mariana Mazzucato, Victoria Alonso, president of Post Production, Visual Effects and Animation and executive producer of Marvel Studios; and world order expert and professor at the London School of Economics, Kristina Spohr.
