The crisis caused by COVID-19 has had an impact of such dimension that it has forced the main economies and the EU to restart economic activation mobilizing all possible resources. The Strategic Projects for Economic Recovery and Transformation (PERTE) have become in Spain the star measure of the actions to be developed within the framework of the money Next Generation. Some funds that we remember will activate 750,000 million euros, of which Spain corresponds to 140,000, with a commitment to a concentration of the effort between 2021-2023. It is true that some actors have valued the complexity of the PERTE by pointing out some areas of shadow and ambiguity in the logic of a new instrument. This is derived from the concern for alchemy that will determine participation in them and their way of execution. But we are, without a doubt, facing a paradigm shift determined by the need to provoke a structural change in organizational and productive areas.
