Naturgyhas launched a new campaign aimed at explaining its new visual code to make communication with its customers easier and more agile. The energy company thus simplifies communication with consumers and translates the main values of the brand:Simplicity, innovation, experience and respect for society and the environment, according to a statement.
"This campaign explains that Naturgy is a new energy company that has set itself the goal of being closer, simpler and more empathetic to its customers.Energy in its different forms is something that is part of the daily life of people in their home, at work, on your mobile phone or in your vehicle.Our company has to make life easier for customers and their familiesduring this path that we do together. And when we talk about our clients we also refer to those who for some reason -which can happen to anyone- are having a bad time andthey are in a situation of vulnerability. For that reason, it is not a campaign that speaks of us but of what we can do for our clients ", explained Jordi Garcia Tabernero, general director of Communication and Institutional Relations of Naturgy.
The new visual code, "simpler, direct and based on hyperboles, will impact the image, the texts and all those audiovisual proposals of the company ",indicates the statement.
