Naturgy has been awarded the contract for the supply of electricity and natural gas for the buildings of the Congress of Deputies for a total amount of 3.61 million euros.
According to the Official State Gazette (BOE), the energy company chaired by Francisco Reynés, through its subsidiary Gas Natural Comercializadora, has taken over the three lots that were at stake in the tender.
Thus, it has made a plenary session winning the lot corresponding to the supply of high voltage electricity, the most important with a value of the offer of 3.15 million euros; the supply of low voltage electricity, for 58,333 euros; and the supply of natural gas, for 408,333 euros.
The first of the lots received a total of five offers, while four bidders aspired to the second lot and a total of six to the third.
According to the announcement of the tender made in December last year, the duration of the contract for the supply of electricity and natural gas to the Lower House was for a period of 31 months. Initially, the estimated value of the three lots amounted to more than 6.35 million euros.
On the other hand, Repsol has won the fuel supply contract for the vehicles in the fleet of the Congress of Deputies, with a value of the selected offer of 86,333.33 euros.
The group chaired by Antonio Brufau has been awarded the contract through its subsidiary Solred and in the process a total of two offers were received.
