More than a million job offers will remain unfilled in Spain due to a lack of professionals

to hire new employees, according to a report from Randstad Research. But, this number of vacancies will increase and more than a million jobs will not be able to be filled in the coming years if this talent deficit and training gap are not remedied.

Specifically, from HAYS they calculate that the current number of vacancies without candidates will multiply by four in the medium term in the case of technological positions, which will exceed 400,000 jobs.
