The MásMóvil group, the fourth largest telephone operator in Spain, is having problems with the internet connection in homes that affect several of its brands such as Pepephone or Yoigo. This has been reported by dozens of users on social networks and company sources point out to this medium that they are working to solve it.
The group points out through its brands' social media accounts that it is a "generalized problem" of fixed internet connection. The incident has affected clients from different parts of the country and Pepephone has explained that it is a problem with the DNS server.
The significant number of incidents has led to the saturation of its customer service systems, according to Pepephone herself on Twitter.
"We are sorry to inform you that we are experiencing an incident in the internet service at home, we are working to solve it as soon as possible," the group reported through the social network.
A few days ago the company itself celebrated that it had reached two million fixed broadband customer households, after having added half a million throughout the year 2020. Four years earlier there were just 122,000 customers. In recent years, the company has become one of the main players in the sector based on the purchase of small operators and the fight for low-cost customers.
