Defense attorney Rachid Mohamed told reporters after the appearance that he had submitted sufficient documentation to
demonstrate work, family and economic roots of Rayco Rubén González and has been dissatisfied with the prosecutor's request, understanding that it was not necessary given the attitude of his client, who has always appeared in court, according to EFE.

Specifically, this Friday, despite the fact that he was facing his possible entry into prison, he has also appeared, pointed out the lawyer, who, in any case, has said that the prosecutor's new request "is more in line with the nature of the crime" under investigation.

Rayco Rubén González's lawyer has also indicated that before the end of the month
will ask the judge to summon his client to testify so that he can explain his intervention in the case, provide more documentation and require the appearance of witnesses that he understands are essential to prove the innocence of his client.
