In the early stages of the session, the highest promotions were recorded by Cie Automotive (+ 1.3%), Melia Hotels International (+ 1.3%), ArcelorMittal (+ 1.2%), Sabadell (+1.1). %) and Indra (+ 0.9%), while on the opposite side were Mapfre (-0.9%), Acciona (-0.2%) and Endesa (-0.1%).

Outside the Ibex 35, Dia shares were down 3.9% after presenting their 2018 accounts, with losses of 352.58 million euros, compared to the profit of 101.20 million euros registered a year earlier, announcing the dismissal of 2,100 workers and finding, according to the audit of KPMG, accounting irregularities of the previous management team, which were made by circumventing the internal controls established by the group.

The rest of European stock markets opened with increases of 0.4% in the case of Frankfurt and 0.5% for Paris and London.
