This is one of the measures contemplated in the new Gambling Decree, which the Governing Council has agreed to refer to the Legal Advisory Commission of the Community of Madrid for analysis, as a previous step for its final approval and entry into force in the term of one month.

These infractions will have penalties of up to 9,000 euros per minor and could lead to the suspension of the activity of the premises for six months or up to five years in case of recidivism.
