According to the Ombudsman, the Ministry of Education adds that "in Spain there are judicial precedents that admit the prohibition of the Islamic headscarf in the educational field as a norm of internal coexistence, to the extent that it does not violate the dignity of the neither does it constitute an interference in her religious freedom, provided that it is provided for in the Internal Regulations of the center and is applicable equally to all students of the same. "
