The fourth edition of the Mad Cool Festival continues adding artists to his poster. The event in Madrid has incorporated a score of names to its programming, a selection that include The Chemical Brothers, Iggy Pop, Disclosure, Robyn, Miles Kane, Sharon Van Etten, Years & Years and Vince Staples. They have also joined the party Delaporte, Doblecara, Eric Prydz, George Fitzgerald, Haai, H.E.R., Jasss, Lala Lala, Le Butcherettes, Mitu, Nao, Tokimonsta, Valeras and Yonaka.
On November 6, The National premiered the poster that for many is the best music festival on the Spanish circuit. That first round of confirmations was composed of a dozen national and international groups of all styles led by Bon Iver, The Cure or Vampire Weekend. Afterwards, Mad Cool Festival gave another big hit with another band ad starring The Smashing Pumpkins, Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds, Greta Van Fleet, Jorja Smith, Bonobo, Vetusta Morla, Jon Hopkins or The Hives.
The next Mad Cool will be held from 11 to 13 July 2019 at the IFEMA – Valdebebas site, where he moved in 2018 after making his first two editions at La Caja Mágica. The general payment to attend the music festival is on sale for 175 euros plus expenses.
