Lopesan Hotel Group will participate in the 40th anniversary of the Madrid International Tourism Fair (FITUR 2020) in order to strengthen its presence in the national market and the presentation of two new brands which are incorporated into the company’s portfolio: The Lopesan Collection Hotels Y Kumara by Lopesan Hotels.
The historic Hotel Faro, which is currently undergoing a comprehensive renovation, will be the first hotel of The Lopesan Collection Hotels and is called to be the flagship of this brand aimed at luxury tourism and premium quality, while Kumara by Lopesan Hotels, will premiere this summer its first hotel in the International Field of Maspalomas, which will be managed outside its current offer, and will be named after Kumara Serenoa, said the CEO of Lopesan Hotel Group, Francisco López.
As it’s usual, Lopesan will have its own stand of 55 square meters, sponsored under the umbrella of the Canary Islands brand, and located in the pavilion of Europe on plot 9 E06. In this space, the team of the Commercial and Ecommerce Department that travels to Madrid will hold 117 meetings with the main tour operators, OTAs, digital providers and media of the national, British, German and Nordic market, with the purpose of increasing the number of reservations for the next summer season and continue working towards the next 2020-2021 winter campaign.
In its commitment to improve the quality of the tourist offer in Gran Canaria, Lopesan Hotel Group invested more than 35 million euros last year in the integral renovation of two historic hotels in the south of the island, which opened their doors with a new category and the names of Abora Buenaventura by Lopesan Hotels and Abora Interclub Atlantic by Lopesan Hotels. Lopesan Costa Bávaro and its second phase
