Limitations for walks with children and sport in phase 2 are removed

The Ministry of Health has authorized the elimination from this Wednesday of the limitations for the displacement of children and the practice of non-professional physical activity in the territories that are in phase 2 of the de-escalation process.

In accordance with the Health provision, published in the Official State Gazette (BOE), from this Wednesday children residing in zones in phase 2 may leave their homes at any time without time limit or times. The walks for adults and children may exceed one kilometer from the place of residence. The time slots for non-professional sports activities are also eliminated in these municipalities, which can be practiced as many times a day as you want, but the hours reserved for the elderly are maintained.

Both authorizations are added to the order of May 16 that establishes the conditions for the relaxation of certain national restrictions derived from the state of alarm, in application of phase 2 of the plan for the transition to a new normality.

The Ministry of Health has also modified several aspects of this order related to access to beaches, so that municipalities may establish limitations on both access, which in any case will be free, and capacity to ensure that it is respected. the distance of at least two meters between bathers.

They may also set limits on residence times, as well as access to parking lots to control capacity, which will be calculated taking into account that the beach area to be occupied by each bather will be approximately four square meters.

Health has also modified the instruction for waste management, in such a way that “in no case shall the manual opening of the bags of the remaining fraction in collection facilities be carried out”, and has resolved that the town of Rincón de Ademuz has from now on, the treatment of the territorial unit of Teruel.
