Spain extends until November 15 the restriction of non-essential travel to third countries
This Thursday's Official State Gazette (BOE) includes the extension until next November 15 of the temporary restriction of non-essential travel from third countries to the European Union and associated Schengen countries for reasons of public order and public health on the occasion of the health crisis caused by COVID-19.
With this modification of Order INT/657/2020, of July 17, entry into Spain is extended to people with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate or a recovery certificate or a negative diagnosis certificate for said disease , that the Ministry of Health recognizes for these purposes. In addition, children under 12 years of age may also enter.
This order will take effect from 12:00 a.m. on July 22, 2020 until 12:00 a.m. on November 15, 2022, without prejudice to its eventual modification to respond to a change in circumstances or new recommendations in the field of the European Union.
