This Monday the Second Vice President and Minister of Labor and Social Economy, Yolanda Díaz, and the Minister of Consumption, Alberto Garzón, address the initiative to seek an agreement to put a cap on the prices of basic food products. They do it in a meeting with managers of distribution companies and consumer associations. This past Thursday they already met with the executive director of Carrefour Spain, Alexandre de Palmas.
In addition, today the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, brings together the socialist groups in Congress, the Senate and the European Parliament to prepare the next period of sessions with the electoral calendar for this year. The PSOE focuses its efforts for the 2023 elections on recovering large cities such as Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia.
