This midnight begins the campaign for the Andalusian elections on June 19, which will last until midnight on the 17th of this month. The candidates are already starting with the acts: the PP-A, Juanma Moreno, and the Ciudadanos, Juan Marín, will open this Friday from 00:00 in Seville, while the PSOE-A, Juan Espadas, will do so in Jaén, and those of Por Andalucía, Inmaculada Nieto; from Vox, Macarena Olona, and from Adelante Andalucía, Teresa Rodríguez, will do so in Algeciras, Granada and Jerez de la Frontera, respectively.
These are the first elections of Alberto Núñez Feijóo as leader of the PP. There are several questions in this regard: how will the national situation of the country affect the elections? What will happen to Ciudadanos, who will be chosen this time by those who voted for them in the previous elections, this party or another?
In addition, this morning the CIS publishes its barometer of the elections. So far, the polls give the PP a victory, although without an absolute majority, so the role of Vox for governance will be important.
