Large pay rises for those above, small for those below



Salary differences again expanded in 2019, as was the case a year earlier. A study prepared by the Eada business school indicates that last year the salaries of managers they grew at an average rate of 4.58%, while middle managers improved their salaries by 3.43% and the rest of the employees, on the other hand, only registered improvements of 1.89%.
