CoronavirusTOIt is not clear that the Government will accept them (activity has not stopped)
LaLiga and the footballers union AFE have held a new meeting to agree on the main hot spots of football today. It is not the first, nor will it be the last: they have already announced a new meeting for next week.
These are the main points they have made public.
AFE is not in favor of ERTEs being produced in professional football, and in fact it is not clear that the Government will approve them. LaLiga does not pronounce itself beyond advising the clubs that request it, but it seems that the most feasible scenario right now is going through private negotiations over ERTE’s. In the statement, nothing conclusive: “LaLiga and the AFE continue to study different options and consider feasibility within the current scenario, so it has been decided to continue speaking at future meetings in the coming days.”
The restart scenarios of the 19-20 competition in which they are working together with the European Leagues and UEFA, in the commission created by it to deal with this matter, and in which LaLiga actively participates, have been jointly analyzed. Likewise, and according to each scenario, the effect of the same in the next 2020-21 season has been analyzed. In this sense, the possible effects are evaluated in all the competitions of the following season, both national and international.
The return to training protocol has been followed in order to guarantee the highest degree of safety for the health of footballers and all the personnel who carry out their work with sports insoles. This protocol has been working for 10 days jointly between the two parties and shared with the rest of the European Leagues to try to homogenize and shape the training round.
