The Government of La Rioja has decided to restrict the entry and exit of the community to displacements that are not justified for fifteen days, from next Friday, October 23 until 00:00 hours on Saturday, November 7, to stop the advance of the coronavirus, as announced by the president of the Riojan Executive, Concha Andreu. The closing hours of the establishments will be 9:00 p.m. – less pharmacies, supermarkets and local food service delivery – and consumption in bars is prohibited.
Andreu has ruled out the total closure of the hospitality industry because “the sector is taking all precautions and the main risk of contagion lies more in the relaxation of some of its customers at specific times than in the establishments themselves”.
